Oke doke. Lets have another great blog post. Ok so this Blog we will be talking about the different Departments here at the UniAmerica office in Wilmington. A Department is in other words, you can also call them Job positions. A position is also known as their focus. Their focus is the one you are paying for. Our team consists of around 10 employees at our office. All our employees have a role here in the office. We don’t have roles here for cleaning or a cleaning team. But we do hire individuals to clean the office to have it tidy and squared away. So that we can sell in a proper environment. Or get to work without having to worry about dirty desks, or dirty carpet etc. Okay the first Department I will be talking about is the Marketing Department. In this Department I specialize in making content to put our brand and logo out there for the public to see and make more publicity. My name is John and I am the Marketing Director here at UniAmerica. And Marketing for UniAmerica is an important task that carries out many assignments. Some of the duties the Marketing Department par takes in is posting on all our social media platforms. I also handle the Facebook account, along with the Twitter, Snap Chat, Tik Tok, Tumblr, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Yelp etc. I also do email marketing. The next department in our office is the selling department. Where our Sales Agents are there to sell you Insurance through HawkSoft. And offer you Policy’s, Quotes, and Premiums. They will give what you are looking for in terms of buying Insurance. They will give you your coverages. And if you buy they will receive commission. The next department here at UniAmerica is the Customer service Department. Where our Customer Service Representatives are there to help you with your Customer Service needs. They can answer many questions related to insurance. Customer Service Reps can also handle payments, and update your premiums.
They can also help you with your Policy and make scans on the Printer. They will take pictures of your vehicle to put it in the system. And they are usually here to help you with anything else. The next department is the Commercial Insurance department. Where we sell here but focuses on the bigger coverages, quotes, Policy’s. Commercial Insurance covers and protects Truck drivers, buildings, restraunts, liquor stores, shops, big cars etc. It is very important to have a Commercial Department because it Just shows how booked we are on our Plethora of Insurance coverages. And we have Insured several of small businesses. And it is a big and important department. Okay lets go to the next department. We have a receptionist at the front desk. A receptionist handles many phone calls and answers many questions. Part of their Job as well is to check in on up coming clients. And makes sure the line is doing well and moving quickly. In the Receptionist department they also help with working a lot on HawkSoft and working on the log and suspense. The next department is the accounting department. Where they specialize in counting the money, handles bank runs. Takes care of the safe, register, Vault. The accountant also has many responsibilities when he is here in the office. He is in charge of planning our financial goals. And our management system goals. He is also the one who pays us here in our company. The last department here at UniAmerica is the Owner. Or the owner department. The owner does a little bit of everything. Except accounting. They Market by making videos. They sell and does customer service. And also still answers phone calls like a receptionist, plus they handle the suspense and log too. The owner also does commercial Insurance and sells plenty of it too. Works very hard and diligently.
