I am back. Okay so on today’s topic I’ll be speaking about how it’s like working on our location in Wilmington CA. Well for starters we are leaning towards a more Hispanic type of community. We are on Avalon which is a pretty big and busy street. With many stores, Liquors, restaurants, fast food, Churches, small businesses and more. We’re in California so the weather is typically cool and around 60-70 Fahrenheit. Blue skies, sometimes actually cloudy. Many cars and good location for selling and marketing. Plenty of parking space. Our neighbors are the best. Such as we have a liquor store to our right. There’s a bank of America to our left. A gas station across the street. People and the public walk up and down the streets here daily. Cars usually always drive and pass our office from either direction all day long. It’s a fairly safe city. Wilmington has many great restraunts, they have a variety of every Country’s food type. There’s a lot of Mexican places to eat from. There are many neighborhoods here and plenty of parks in the area. They have really great Liquor Stores and places to snack from. That’s really whats right next to us on Avalon.
But if you search around a little there are bigger parks, Plazas, and places to go grocery shopping at. Don’t forget that they have great panaderias. Of course, there is one High School not to far away. The Wilmington County is a clean city. It’s nice to know you are very welcomed and accepted when you are working here. Just to add I work here but don’t live here. I’m about a city away, precisely in Torrance CA. If you take the streets it’s about a 25 minute drive to get to the UniAmerica office. There is parking in the rear of the UniAmerica office, or between us and the bank of America. And on the streets if you have quarters on you. And if you go in the back there are a few more spaces; Available to park your car in the rear. Im glad to say Wilmington is a great city. And I wanted to note that when lunch hits they have a good variety of places to lunch from. Which is cool to me to say the least. Of course they have more schools around the area but I’d say the High School is the closest one. I have passed out flyers here before and in my experience, it went pretty well. Neighbors are friendly, very calm, quiet and busy. The streets are clean and the roads are very nice as well. Traffic lights work 24/7. UniAmerica was born here. Our whole first Location was here in the city of Wilmington. Yes we have other UniAmerica locations. But our first one was here. It was an unbelievably cool office and spot. That we cherish oh so much. We have insured many of our neighboring businesses, restraunts, small businesses, buildings and stores. And we are pretty popular here with the community and the public. We never really encountered any problems here or escalated fights, arguments with anybody. We are treated well here. Ok everybody on to the next blog. See ya.
